He is survived by: his wife Diane Richter of Newton, NC.; his sister Mary Innes Wagner of Fairport, NY.; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Innes of LeRoy, NY and Lynda Innes of Jessup, IA. He is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews, 11 great nieces.
