He was predeceased by: his parents, James Hubert Chambers and Wilma Mae Chambers; his siblings, Robert Chambers, Gerald Chambers, Wayne Chambers and Rebecca Chambers; and his nephews, Timothy Scott Carter, Jamie Todd Carter and Thomas Eugene Carter III.
He is survived by: his daughter Jessica Kablec; and his siblings, Jimmy Chambers (Debbie) of Hildebran, Linda Carter of Newton, Cathy Chambers of Newton and Patsy Chambers.
