He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Siroky and Sheila Siroky (Linado). He is survived by: his sisters, Kathryn Hawley (Michael) of Raleigh, NC and Theresa Siroky of Atlanta, GA.; his niece Caitlin; his nephew Christopher Hawley; his great-nephews, Benjamin and Liam Liotta; and his close friend Katrina Horne.
