He was predeceased by: his father Howard Neal Hendren. He is survived by: his mother Nancy Lajay Jackson; his wife Anita Hendren; his stepchildren, Jason Arney of Newton and Brandy Martin of Yorktown, VA; his brother Patrick Jay Hendren (Paige) of Hickory; his stepgrandchildren, Caleb, Joshua, Ashleigh and Ethan; his niece Caroline Hendren; and his nephew Chip Hendren.
