She was predeceased by: her parents, Mack Helton and Georgie Hopper Helton; her husband Baxter Cilley Butler, Sr.; her son Baxter C. Butler, Jr.; and her siblings, Mack, George "Armon" Helton and Carolyn Peeler.
She is survived by: her sons, Rodney Butler (Hiroko) of Elon, NC, Dennis Butler of Milton, FL and Bobby Butler (Kelli) of Newton; her grandchildren, Chris Butler, Yuuki Butler, Seth Butler and Olivia Butler; and her great grandchild Maddy Butler.
