We are sad to announce that on February 27, 2023, at the age of 59, Shelia Charleen Chapman of Newton, North Carolina, born in Catawba, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Donald Pinkney Rash Sr.. She is survived by: her mother Flossie Mae Chapman Rash; and her siblings, Gloria Anderson, Donald Rash Jr., Karen Dugger and Donna Elliott (Roy). She is also survived by four nieces; six nephews; and other extended family.
