It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sheila Noell Mills (Newton, North Carolina), born in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, who passed away on May 31, 2020, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Noell and Viola Allen Flowers; and her brothers, Michael Wayne Noell and Greg Noell. She is survived by: her children, Phillip Noell (Elife) of Clemmons, NC, Michael Mills of Newton, NC, Dwayne Mills of Conover, NC and Ashley Smith of Conover, NC; and her brothers, Victor Noell of Charlotte, NC, Myron Noell of Conover, NC and Daniel Noell of Asheville, NC. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, one great grandchild, a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
