She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Dunlap and Louise Whitaker Dunlap; her husband Alvin Earl Bolick; and her son James Earl Bolick. She is survived by: her children, Betty Barkley (George), Amy Smith, David Bolick (Tammy) and Donald Bolick (Karen). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association in Sadie's name.
