She was predeceased by: her siblings, Fred Hefner, Helen H. Bumgarner, Aileen H. Huffman, Ruby Nell H. Spencer, Katie H. Burrus and Betty Jo H. Ervin.

She is survived by: her children, Angie L. Lowman (Todd) of Hiddenite, NC and Marcia Kim Laffon; and her siblings, Vivian Hefner Sipe of Clearwater, FL, Lucille H. Johnson (Carroll) of Conover and Keith Hefner of Conover.
