It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Eloise Ysla Keeslar (Newton, North Carolina), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on October 31, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Felix Ysla and Ziola Sala Ysla; her husband Keeslar Jr.; her son Lawrence Lee Keeslar; her grandson Lawrence Douglas Boliek; and her sister Mary Lou Detrick.
She is survived by: her daughter Diane Keeslar Maynard-Boliek; and her grandchildren, Nickcole Maynard-Errami (Moe) and Apryl-Jordan "A. J.".
