He is survived by: his parents, Warren Elliott Earls and Margaret McDowell Earls; his sons, Brandon Lee Earls of Claremont and Derrick Earls of Hickory; his significant other Jeanine Carpenter; his brother Stacy Earls of Spanish Port, AL; and the mother of his children Sheila Peterson of Claremont.
