He is survived by: his children, Nicky Seagle, Caren Lynne Seagle, Sandra Seagle and Crystal Garrett (Stephen); his grandchildren, Tiffany Garrett, Stephen Garrett Jr. and Bethany Seagle; and his close friend Janice "Jan" Lyall.
