He was predeceased by: his parent Shirley Peterson Mangum; and his wife Criss Haskett Blevins. He is survived by: his father Mitchell Blevins; his children, Dusty Blevins and Dustin Blevins of Lenoir; and his brothers, David Blevins of Lenior, Grady "Dinky" Mangum of Lenior and Timothy Mangum of Lenior. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
