It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Regenia Rome Presnell of Newton, North Carolina, born in Catawba, North Carolina, who passed away on February 8, 2022, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Eugene Rome and Rheita Lee Setzer Rome; and her husband Darius Presnell. She is survived by: her children, Lisa Thomason (George) of Newton and Eric Medlin (Tara Bard) of Newton; and her sister Donna R. Shook (Dale) of Conover.
Memorials may be given to Catawba County Humane Society or Alzheimer's Association.
