He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Harrison and Sara Elizabeth Winstead; and his brothers, Joseph Alan Winstead and Russell Alexander Winstead. He is survived by: his wife Betty Moser Winstead; his sons, Randall Keith Winstead (Faith) of Chesapeake, VA and Joseph Paul Winstead of Davidson, NC; his brother Robert Winstead of Newton; and his grandchildren, Shaw and Franklin Winstead of Chesapeake, VA..
