He is survived by: his wife Deborah Perkins (HoneyBee); his children, Pamela Perkins of Vale, Beverly Perkins of Vale and Randal Dallis Perkins Jr. (Morgan) of Lenoir; his grandchildren, Decoda Whittaker, Lakyn Ruiz (Adam), Brandon Lopez, Brianna Rainey, Christian Vega, Landen Perkins, Caleb Perkins, Karly Perkins, Jayden Enloe and Chason Perkins; his great grandchildren, Jacob Ruiz, Kaelynn Ruiz, Kylee Whittaker and Malaya Price; and his siblings, Ronnie Perkins of Granite Falls, Harvey Perkins (Laura) of Tazewell, VA and Lois Hill (Johnny) of Tazewell, VA.
