She was predeceased by: her parents, Wesley Bolick and Etta Davis Bolick; her husband Joe Donald Lane; her daughter Donna O'Quinn; and her siblings, R. D. Bolick, Catherine Helton, Doris Keller and Merle Bolick.
She is survived by: her daughters, Vickie Marshall (Thomas) of Hickory, Terry Abernethy (Richard) of Newton, Joane Bollinger of Hickory and Karen Jennings (Roy) of Conover; and her brother Wes Bolick of Taylorsville. She is also survived by Nine grandchildren, twelve Great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
