He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Dugan and Catherine (Rafferty); his wife Elizabeth (Finn); his daughters, Patricia Dugan Whiteman (Sam) of Newton, Katherine Dugan of Hawley Pa, Maureen Mckechnie (Alexander), Kerri Wnuk (Każ) of Marion, NC, Eileen Catalano of Hawley, PA and Jennifer Dugan of Catawba, NC; his siblings, Jackie of Delaware and Kathy Carroll (Ray) of Bronx, NY; and his niece England. He was also cherished by 13 grandchildren, five great grandchildren.
