It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Ohmer (Newton, North Carolina), born in Bristol, Tennessee, who passed away on January 11, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Maurice Frank "Morris" Rutherford and Genevieve Gentry Rutherford; her husband Richard E. Ohmer, Jr.; her sister Martha Ellen "Cookie" Freeman; and her brothers-in-law, Ronnie Freeman and Dennis Ohmer.
She is survived by: her son Daniel (Brenda); her grandsons, Zach, Josh and Christian; her sister-in-law Elizabeth Ivey; and her pet Miss Kitty.
Alzheimer's disease is a thief, yet it could not steal her great comfort and eternal security with Christ.
