He is survived by: his stepfather Joshua Hassell Cole; his wife Linda Cook; his sons, David Cook and Don Cook (Amy); his siblings, Gary Cole (Bonnie), Larry Cole and Lois Offenberger; his grandchildren, Caitlin Ausherman, Allison Cunningham, Reagan Cook and Jake Cook; and his great grandchildren, Oliver Ausherman, Henry Ausherman, Heidi Ausherman and Hauver Cunningham.
