She is survived by: her children, Tim Turner (Lisa) of Claremont and Cathy Carver of Newton; and her grandchildren, Swen Turner, Dean Turner, Krista Rockette, Brandon Carver and Eric Turner.

A graveside service was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Catawba Memorial Park (3060 US Hwy 70 SE, Hickory, NC 28602).
