He was predeceased by: his parent Shirley Ruth Michael Saine. He is survived by: his father Michael Andrew Saine (Joyce); his brother Thad Saine (Jill); and his nephews, Dustin Saine (Payton) and Jake Saine.

Todd will lie in state Tuesday, June 23, 2020 from 2pm to 4pm at Willis-Reynolds Funeral Home, due to COVID-19 the family will not be present.
