He is survived by: his wife Arleen Payne Jolly of Newton; his daughter Jennifer Michelle Jolly (Eric Wargin) of Haw River, NC; his sisters, Rhonda Weaver (Gary) of Taylorsville, Robin Houston (Randy) of Claremont, NC and Marie Jolly of Longview, NC; and his nieces and nephews, Natasha N. Weaver, Kisha Buggs, Jerry Eugene Drum of Taylorsville and Mark Reel of Taylorsville.
