It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Marvin Richard Williams of Newton, North Carolina, born in Davenport, Iowa, who passed away on June 12, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Richard and Freda Stoter Williams; and his sister Marietta Louise Williams. He is survived by: his wife Rose Williams; his sons, Mark Williams (Therese) of Clarkston, MI and Matt Williams (Pinda) of Freemont, CA; and his granddaughters, Elizabeth and Julia Rose Williams.

In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Beth Eden Lutheran Church, 400 N. Main Ave., Newton, NC 28658.
