She is survived by: her children, Beverly June Gunter (Junior) of Newton and Melvin Haynes (Sherry) of Newton; her grandchildren, Justin Gunter (Shannon) of Catawba and Stephanie McManus (Joe) of Newton; and her great grandchildren, CJ Gunter (Lexi) of Catawba and Gunnison Gunter.
