He was predeceased by: his father Gifford Collins; and his brother Philip Collins. He is survived by: his mother Jenette Collins; his daughter Snow; his fiancée Rena Henderson; and his sisters, Elizabeth Fowler and Sherry Wood. He is also survived by three nieces and two nephews.
