He is survived by: his parents, Mario Escalante-Casas and Beatrice Escalante; his wife Maria; his children, Elizabeth Chester (Tyler) of Conover, Mario Escalante Jr. (Paola Escalante) of Conover and Ricardo Escalante of Conover; his brother Juan Escalante of Conover; and his grandchildren, Mia, Lia, Ethan and Eli.
