We are sad to announce that on July 2, 2018, at the age of 92, Manley Lee Walling (Newton, North Carolina), born in Catawba, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Charles Matthew Walling; his son Gary Wayne Walling; and his siblings, Phyllis Jeanette Garrison, Lena Parlier and Ashley Walling.
He is survived by: his parent Claudia Mae Witherspoon Walling; his wife Oakley Gillespie Walling; his children, Cheryl Ann Walling of Newton, NC and Michael Lee Walling (Patricia) of Los Angeles, CA; his sister Anna Leah Hoke of Claremont, NC; his grandchildren, Luke Walling of Sherrills Ford, NC, Adam Colby Townsend of Newton, NC and Brooke Nichole Townsend of Newton, NC; and his great grandchildren, Caleb Brian McMurray and Maximillian Walling.
