It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Loyd Williams Jr. (Newton, North Carolina), who passed away on January 12, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Loyd Allen Williams and Delcie May Williams; and his siblings, Eddie Johnson, Kenneth Williams and Lou Ella Williams.
He is survived by: his children, James Williams of Claremont, David Williams of Clyde, Cynthia Bradley of Canton and Teresa Hudson of Claremont; his siblings, Bobbie Hoyle of Waynesville and Johnny Williams; and his caregiver Sheilah Parson. He is also survived by eight grandsons; eight granddaughters; five great-grandsons; five great-granddaughters.
