He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Lee Mandakunis Sr. and Pauline Snead; and his siblings, Vancosta "Coe" Mandakunis, Billy Mandakunis and Patricia Bailey.
He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Mandakunis; his siblings, Chris Mandakunis and Steve Mandakunis; his son Tony Parrott (Carol); and his grandson Adam Parrott.
