He is survived by: his wife Bertha Leon Delgado; his children, Yolanda Delgado of California, Blanca Delgado (Luis) of Mexico, Judith Delgado of California, Danny Delgado (Paula) of California, Edgar Delgado of Newton and Jose Louis Delgado (Ingris Ardila) of Mexico; his grandchildren, Alani Delgado, Daniel Delgado, Liliana Delgado and Hailey Delgado; and his siblings, Theresa Delgado of Newton, Martha Delgado Pinon of Texas, Maria Delgado of Newton, Jose Javier Delgado of Newton and Hector Delgado of Mexico.
