With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lou Ella Williams Evans (Newton, North Carolina), who passed away on November 2, 2020 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Williams and Omah Gibbs Williams; her husband Forrest E Evans; and her siblings, Benjamin Williams, Lorene Wilson, Janie Hass and Nethale Burgess.

She is survived by: her son Neil Evans; and her sister Marie White. She is also survived by three grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Lifepoint Church Hickory at 2123 5th St NE Hickory NC 28601.
