Larry Wayne Ward Obituary

We are sad to announce that on August 24, 2023, at the age of 74, Larry Wayne Ward of Newton, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Ward and Leona Spann Ward; his wife Joyce Ward; his siblings, Earl, Cecil, Junior Ward and Mary Poteat; and his brothers-in-law, Ed Cantor and John Drum.

He is survived by: his girlfriend Linda; his children, Rodney Ward and Wendy Aiken (Michael); his sister Barbara Huffman (Dennis); his siblings-in-law, Bobby Cantor (Vivian), Jeff Cantor (Sandy), David Cantor (Kim), Randy Cantor (Vonda), Bill Cantor (Debra), Belinda Ward, Vanessa Drum and Patricia Hedrick (Earl); his grandchildren, Joshua Aiken, Allie Aiken, Dalton Ward (Marilea), Koby Ward, Maddison Aiken and Tyler Aiken; and his great grandchildren, Sadie and Shelby Ward.
