It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Larry Bruce Reese of Newton, North Carolina, born in Catawba, North Carolina, who passed away on July 20, 2020, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ned Crowson Reese and Thelma Hefner Reese; and his brothers, Hugh T. Reese and Ned Carroll Reese. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Reese; his sons, Chad Reese (Carmen) of Rock Hill, SC and Robert Reese; his brother Wayne Reese of Hickory; and his grandchildren, Shane Reese, Noah Reese, Brandon Clay, Lindsay Clay, Kaylee Clay, Peyton Reese and Rylee Reese. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family.
A celebration of life service officiated by Rev. Arthur Yount will be held privately due to Covid19 restrictions but will be livestreamed Saturday at 11:00 a. m.
