It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kaye Waters (Newton, North Carolina), who passed away on November 14, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her husband John Waters; her children, Thomas and Kecia Waters; and her grandchildren, Thomas Waters Jr., Owen Waters, Chelsea Waters, Akil Tolliver, Red Tolliver, Sharif Tolliver and Keionna Tolliver. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
