She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Goble and Katheryn Goble. She is survived by: her husband Joe Tharpe; her son Jonathan Tharpe (Katie); her granddaughter Koley Tharpe; and her sisters, Kay Birkeli, Myra Jolly and Dotti Goble.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Abernethy Memorial Methodist Church in the Family Life Center. A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Corner Table or Abernethy Memorial Methodist Church, both in Newton, NC.
