With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Karen Williams Sain of Newton, North Carolina, born in Catawba, North Carolina, who passed away on January 24, 2024 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William McKinley Williams and Mary A. Withers Williams; and her siblings, Marshall, Troy, Loy Williams, Mossie Parker, Macie Beal, Nellie Detter, Gladys McElveen, Evelyn Caldwell and Josephine Williams.
She is survived by: her husband Ted Sain; her daughter Crystal Knott of Claremont; her stepdaughters, Pam Mackie (Bryon) of Hickory and Rita Hefner (Kevin) of Taylorsville; her grandson Aaron Knott; her stepgrandchildren, Shea Hefner and Rachel Ratledge; and her brother Christopher Williams of Denver.
