He was predeceased by: his parents, James Charles Hurley and Joe Bernice Smith Hurley; and his children, T. J. Hurley and Angela Dawn. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Hurley; his daughter Rhonda H. Forner (Matt) of Maiden; his granddaughter Heather Sigmon (Brandon) of Newton; and his great grandchildren, Kurtis Freshour and Bria Sigmon.
