She is survived by: her mother Sadie Green; her husband Steve Testerman; her children, Christopher Jamerson (Stephanie), Tina Simmers (Robert), Terri Testerman, Jeremy Testerman and John Testerman; her sister Faye Green (Andy); her niece Jennifer Breedlove; and her nephew Brandon Green. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
