It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Wayne Lail of Newton, North Carolina, born in Catawba, North Carolina, who passed away on November 8, 2022, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wade Gilmer Lail, Sr. and Mary Parkhurst Lail. He is survived by: his daughter Sarah Jean Lail of Newton; his siblings, Gill Lail, Jr. of Granite Falls, Steve Lail of Virginia, Tim Lail (Ellen) of Newton, Paul Lail (Chantae) of Newton and Dawn Wilson (Dwight) of Newton; and his nieces and nephews, Chris, Shea, Morgan, Katie, Dylan, Cierra, Brandon, Natalie and Savannah.
