He is survived by: his children, James McWilliams III of Conover, Dillon McWilliams of Newton, Jacob Rutherford of Newton and Katherine Rutherford of Newton; his sister Sarah McWilliams; and his grandchildren, Marilyn McWilliams, Lincoln McWilliams and Mila McWilliams.
