He is survived by: his siblings, Helen Byers of Statesville, Marilyn Stephens (Marvin) of Newton, Tommy Lewis (Peggy) of Hickory, Paul Lewis of Conover, Ray Lewis (Carrie) of Hickory, Daryl Lewis of Newton and Brady (April Lineberger) of Newton; and his children, Latoya Harris (Wil) of Roxboro, Lesley Rankin of Georgia, Lisa Rankin of Georgia, Ashley Mack of Hickory and Jay McClain of Lincolnton.
