He was predeceased by: his father Lloyd Church; and his sister Faye Whisnant. He is survived by: his wife Juanita B. Church; his son Robert W Church (Shelly); his grandchild Bryson; his son William H. Church (Sandy); his grandson Nicholas; and his siblings, Annie Burch, Coleen Silver, Clyde Church, Rufus Church and Ed Church.
