He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Franklin McRee and Iva Gladys Ikerd McRee; and his son Mark Franklin McRee. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Batts McRee; his daughter Tracie M. Wien (Kurt) of Duluth, GA; his siblings, Sue M. Watson of Elon, NC, Donald McRee of Raleigh, NC, Leonard McRee of Davidson, NC and Samuel McRee of Newton, NC; and his grandchildren, Joshua Wien, Erik Wien and Kent Wien.
