He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Weaver and Gladys Weaver. He is survived by: his son Kevin Weaver of San Francisco, CA; his brother Joe Weaver (Janet) of Hickory; his nephew Jason Weaver (Kimberly) of Hickory; and his nieces, Katie Hartzog (Dan) of Raleigh and Suzanne Christopher (Mike) of Apex. He is also survived by six great nieces and nephews.
