He is survived by: his wife Faye Pope; his nieces, Linda Barrett Houck (Lonnie) of Vale, Tina Barrett and Mary Lou Alimenti (John); and his nephew James Paul Barrett (Annette) of Hickory. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
