He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Neuman and Elsie Pettit Vinton; and his brother Dale Vinton. He is survived by: his wife Carol Pardue Neuman; his daughters, Susan Benfield of Newton and Jennifer Neuman (Esley Hedrick) of Newton; his siblings, John Vinton (Donna) of Waterloo, IA and April Vinton (Dee) of Vinton, IA; his grandchildren, Derrick Dasher, Kassie Rathbone and Terri Diane Mangum; and his great grandchildren, Kristen Pardue, Abigail Rathbone, Noah Rathbone and Todd Talbert.
