He was predeceased by: his mother Mattie Mae Causby; and his grandparents, William Otis Causby and Beulah Causby. He is survived by: his children, Bryan Causby (Crystal) and Nancy Causby; his sisters, Judy Causby and Vera Duncan (Johnny); his grandson Aaron Causby (Allison); and his great grandchildren, Elisha and Graham Causby. He is also survived by nephews, cousins and friends.
