Gaither was loved and cherished by many people including: parents, Leonard Raymond Tolbert and Marie Elizabeth Tolbert; wife Susan Sherrill Tolbert; daughter Molly Sain (Joel) of Conover; brothers, Gerald Tolbert (Brenda) of Newton and Grant Tolbert (Callista) of Florida; and grandchildren, Lukus Sams, McCoy Sams, Noah Sain and Cashton Sain.
