She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Whitworth and Edna Mae Henson Whitworth; her husband James R. Holbrook Jr.; and her siblings, Norman Killian and Mae Hamrick.

She is survived by: her children, Steve Holbrook (Angie) and Tammy Holbrook of Newton; her granddaughters, Kelli Holbrook Lyle (Jeremy Lyle) and Paige Crabtree (Carter Hutchinson); and her great grandchildren, Ethan Holbrook, Kayden Lyle, Kinsley Lyle and Penelope Hutchinson.
